M’Lou got her first cat at just two years old and never looked back. Today, she’s the proud mom of four beloved fur kids – Boss, Loki, Surren, and Echo – who are her greatest joy!

For years years, M’Lou worked as a professional cat sitter for an elite pet care agency in Los Angeles, where she cared for the feline companions of numerous celebrity clients. She’s highly experienced in administering oral medications, injections, and subcutaneous fluids, and understands how to keep even the most particular cats happy and stress-free.

M’Lou is known for her gentle, patient approach with every cat she meets. She takes time to earn their trust through kindness, play, and affection, giving each one plenty of cuddles, attention, and enrichment during every visit. Whether your cat is a playful kitten or a shy senior, M’Lou

meets them where they are and makes sure they feel loved, safe, and content.

When she meets a cat for the first time, her goal is to let them set the pace and feel completely at ease. She always starts by sitting quietly and letting them approach her on their own terms: no sudden movements, just calm energy and a gentle voice. She pays close attention to their body language and responds accordingly, whether that means offering a slow blink, a hand to sniff, or simply giving them space.

She also makes sure to stick to their familiar routines – feeding times, play styles, favorite spots – so they feel a sense of normalcy even while their humans are away. Using their favorite toys or treats helps create a positive association with her.

Now based in Dallas, M’Lou also works as a music photographer and serves as the editor of a music publication, all while pursuing her studies to become an MRI Technologist.
